New Customer Information
	List Owner	I own the list and will be mailing from it.
	List Administrator	A third party to whom the list owner outsources list management operations.
	Broker/Agent	A third party who provides an interface between the end user and licensee. Broker/Agents may collect address data from small to medium-sized companies for submission to the licensee, and provide technical support and program management for the end-user.
