| Oracle Developer | MBS is seeking an Oracle Database Developer / Architect, to join our growing interactive Applications Development -Database department. Successful candidates must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; and be detail oriented and work well under pressure. Qualified candidates will possess a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 5+ years experience with Oracle(including 9i/10G). Additional requirements include: full life cycle project development experience; expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and bulk/batch processes; experience with large systems; ETL tools and data transformation; performance and tuning concepts; and experience in estimating, planning, and requirements gathering. UNIX experience is a plus. Desired skills include experience with development tools like Oracle Designer, Erwin, Bpwin Oracle, and Toad; experience in building Datawarehouses / Datamarts, and exposure to .NET and web applications. Ideal candidates will also have a background in the retail and catalog industry as well as experience with CRM and marketing automation applications. |
