MBS is currently seeking a Director, Strategic Services. As the account services leader, you will develop database marketing and CRM strategies with the client and have ultimate responsibility for successful delivery of our database marketing and analytical services. The successful candidate will be capable of bridging the gap between data-driven retail marketing strategies and the technology solutions that support those efforts. Responsibilities include: cultivating the client relationship at a strategic level; proactively identifying opportunities to engage the client and satisfy needs in the areas of multi-channel marketing programs, customer-focused marketing analysis, strategic technology deployment, etc.; annual planning and forecasting of client activity and opportunities, projects, and products (analytical, interactive, etc.), and relationship building efforts (quarterly business reviews, client visits, etc.); and cross-functional communication and project management relating to strategic projects and technology solutions, including analytical services deliverables, CRM technology enhancements, program management execution, etc. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years general retail, specialty retail and/or luxury goods industry experience as well as 5+ years of Interactive marketing experience. Candidate should also be a strategic thinker with leadership skills and vision, and a customer-focused, team player with proven project and program management experience, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. | Senior .Net Developer | MBS is currently seeking a Senior .Net Developer with a minimum of 3 years experience in OO technologies and multi-tier web-based applications with strong .Net framework (3.5 preferable) skills including C# and ASP.NET. A thorough understanding of Microsoft's patterns and practices for the .NET Platform and tools are essential. Required skills include: at least 3 years experience working as a senior software engineer using the .NET framework including C# and ASP.NET; an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of MVC and the Windows Workflow Foundation; strong knowledge and experience with formal and full SDLC; demonstrated experience with OOA/D/P, UML, and design of use/test cases; hands-on experience in developing application-tier classes/methods/functions and Web Services using C# and ASP.NET. Qualified candidates will be experienced in the development of data-driven multi-tier applications and skilled in use of PL/SQL in Oracle 10g/11g. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or MCTS 3.5 certification with at least 1 year experience on .NET 3.5 preferred. |
